In the summer of 2010, Michel (our CEO) got a call from his old friend Darin Karp, a highly successful entrepreneur: “Michel, you won’t believe this but I just found this incrdible band. I’m helping them out. We’ll be in LA for a week, can you help us with a video and some social media?!”

And off we went. Recover South played a total of 4 gigs in LA. The budget was very low but within 2 weeks we had a simple video reel for them ready to launch on YouTube, their Facebook and Twitter pages up and running, and a new website to be the hub of their online presence.

Within the next week, the results we amazing:

  • The website launched (www.recoversouth.com) with some cool interactive features and social media integration.
  • 2,500 new fans on Facebook
  • 3,000 new Twitter followers
  • #8 Music video in the world on YouTube, with over 80,000 views in its first 48 hours and rankings on over 20 of YouTube’s world-wide popularity charts.

Recover South is extraordinary. They’ve since booked numerous gigs and are recording a new single in early 2011 called “Laws of Love”.
